I would like to say, that I have been SMOKE FREE for THREE WEEKS!!! (tomorrow)

Thank you very much. And not only that, I have started running again. Yup!

It's hard, VERY hard, but you gotta want it, and you need motivation. In my case, very cute girl 😀


Chew GUM, any kind of gum for that oral fixation. If you can't quit, you gotta TRY to cut down, limit yourself. Any activity that makes you wanna smoke, eliminate it if possible. Yeah, that's about all I can say.

I'm gonna go burn one in honor of this thread.

The only thing I don't like about smoking is people who throw thier butts everywhere. It's kinda gross to see them all over the streets and sidewalks. C'mon my fellow carcinogenic comrades, snuff it and toss it in a garbage.

I don't see many Cali people smoking, but TONS of people at college campuses smoke. I thought college students were smarter than the average bear...
