Sorry, it would be "they". It's pop/alternative/rock sort of thing. Starts with guitar and my original impression was that the guy sounded like the lead singer of Our lady Peace.

Are you sure that's the right title? A search on Kazaa yields nothing and even google has nothing. All the song lists I've found by Graham Colton doesn't have "Last Week"

Yes, I am sure. The CD hasn't come out yet and he hasn't even released the track listing or the title. I can bet you money that Skoorb heard it on 107.7 the X here in Bham.
