Who signed Microsoft's "Management?s Report on Internal Controls over Financial Reporting"?

I have been looking all over and even calling various departments to figure out who signed the report, "Management?s Report on Internal Controls over Financial Reporting" for Microsoft. I'm guessing that it is either Liddell or Ballmer but I'm not quite sure. Does anyone know!?! Thanks ALOT for the help.

Thanks for the quick replies. I thought it was the CFO as well but like NS1 said, there is no requirement for management to sign the report.

I read the report itself, I just don't know who signed it. I don't even know why my professor wants us to bother finding out who signed the stupid document, it's not like my group is going to benefit from it...

Anyone else have any ideas?

. Based on that evaluation, the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer have concluded that these disclosure controls and procedures are effective.

That's my idea.

Or hell, if you have the time have MSFT send you an annual statement.

I read that bit of information but I think that it's mandatory for the two to verify the contents of the report, which means that they don't have to be the ones that sign it. Do you think Microsoft would send me an annual statement before tomorrow?

I also have their proxy statement, which is most likely what they would send me. I can't even find the report in it.

The Annual report will not have this information.

You need to look at the SEC filing on edgar.

Nothing like being a public company auditor..........
