I Say:

An excellent show but who feels that if it were about a republican administration that it would not have won the awards it did?

Who feels like there was a "we need more gun control" message towards the end?

Please, no inane flaming of me for being a semi-republican, paranoid gun nut. (Unless that is all you COULD contribute)

An intelligent discussion, please, but feel free to comment on the show any way you wish.

Generally Shows like that tend to be more liberal. I mean take the move "The American President" for example. I still think the show wins the awards no matter what party it's about. They actors and writers on that show are excellent.

That show is very liberal in its politics (at least they call President Bartlett a liberal though), but the acting is very good as is the writing. I did catch that anti-gun message last night, and I do question the facts that the press spokeswoman gave on handgun violence for one night.

Of course it would not win any award if it portrayed conservatives -- the writers wouldn't know how to produce something conservative, and it would suck!!!! :D
