My new yacht.

The staggering 155-metre Streets of Monaco yacht is expected to cost over $1.1 billion to build and is modelled on a section of Monte Carlo.

I like the crew to passenger ratio:

The one-of a kind ship could be home to 16 guests and 70 crew with the main apartment spread over three floors and 445 square metres.

Nice.

16 people living on there doesn't seem too crazy. It's not like they pack you into a box 10 levels below like a cruise ship.

In the full size picture it looks like there might even be cars. 16 still seems like it's a bit small considering the size, but then again with the number of staff? I guess it makes sense...

Currently in the design stage, the super-ship will feature smaller versions of the state’s famous landmarks such as the Monte Carlo Casino and racetrack, as well as swimming pools, tennis courts, a cinema, a go kart track and a Hotel de Paris.

Because when I think yachting, I think go carts. 😵

Shit, man. If I had one of those, I'd live on it year-round, and go-karts would be a nightly activity with me and my always-naked female companions.

lol, does it come with the yellow submarine too?

Man, this thing is AWESOME.

Lol. This is how awesome it must be to be super rich. Fucking gokarts WHILE ON THE OCEAN? YEAAAAAH!

I'm just going to go out on a limb here and say that the drawing is pure fantasy. Nothing more. If that drawing was built It'd run more than $1B
