I had a package sent to me that had a status of "delivered." However, I never got it. I filed a claim with Fedex . This morning there was a Fedex driver stopping by to ask me if I'm sure I didnt get the package :roll: I told him I did not get anything and I have not lost any package other than that one ever since I moved here. He said he did put it right at the door and now he has to pay for it.
My question is if the package is lost, who pays for it? Does Fedex pay or does the driver pay?
