Who decided that our leaders have the right to make this treaty. If I make a ship and get to Mars or some other planet its mine and they have no control over it.

Unless you're a nation, I don't see how that treaty affects you directly.

So I take a couple of hundred people and make myself the king... find some hot girl make her my queen.. ha ha ruler of the world....
