I work part time at some high class steakhouse in Austin and we've got some great cuts of meat...... 20oz ribeye for about tree-fidee and during the training period I got to eat whatever I wanted to for free and I was eating like a princess for a week.
Now, every time I take an order, for some reason, people want me to cook the steak and I die a little inside when they do.
When I want a steak, I go to the ranch, kill my own cow and eat it there raw like god intended. Who the hell cooks steak now-a-days???
I mean seriously, what kind of jerk wants to spend $30+ to waste a perfectly tasty piece of meat? Do they really think that dried out, cooked, warm, charred husk of a steak tastes any good?
