Who on TV do you hate the most?

Jenny McCarthy for her fucked up, anti-vaccine, autism bullshit. Nancy Grace may be offensive, but McCarthy's ridiculous pseudoscience has put lives at risk, if not outright killed people.

I understand what you're saying, but here's my take on it:

McCarthy - cares, and is adamant about it, although she may be wrong

Grace - a self serving wise and beautiful woman

Dr. Oz tops my list as well, using his publicity to sell snake oil. As for reality TV stars, I blame the people that watch that crap more than the stars themselves.

Anyone on a reality show.

Most celebrity news reporters - like Bill OReilly, Glen Beck and yes, even Jon Stewart.

Tosh can be pretty annoying,..

nobody - if there is something on tv i don't like, i change the channel.

i know i know, strange concept among people on the internet who's favorite thing is to hate stuff. most of you would rather watch something you hate just so you could make a thread about it on here to let everyone know how much you hate it.

And now, I will complain about your complaining, over my complaining.

:awe:

Nah it's not really that black and white. Take my hatred for Stephen A. Smith for example. He's typically on a panel of reporters and he'll get his time in from of the camera, scream at it, make himself look like an idiot, then it will cut back to somebody else to re butte. I'm not going to change the channel just because of that.

Nancy Grace is similar. They'll bring her onscreen for a debate where she can blabber her hateful ignorance against some guy who's usually calm and collected and generally looks like he would rather eat a bullet than engage in a conversation with her. And I'm not going to change the channel just because of the couple minutes of airtime that they toss at her.

I'm just that lazy.

Because I hate how Dr. Oz spreads crap information to house wives, he is a modern day snake oil salesman

Normally I'd agree, but I must admit I do like the original Iron Chef (game show or reality show?) and do like to take in the occasional episode of Face Off.

If you haven't seen Face Off, it's a competition show for sci-fi/horror/fantasy makeup artists.

Any hosts of shows that try to turn vapid irrelevant bullshit into something of high order importance; see: reality tv garbage shows that follow around washed up celebrities, modeling shows, dancing shows, 'talent' shows etc.

MAY be wrong??? The "research" that nutjob bases her wacky claims on has been proven fradulent, yet she still won't stop her ignorant campaign against life saving vaccines. Maybe when polio or smallpox makes a comeback people will understand how dangerous ignorant ideas like her's are.

Nancy Grace isn't even in the same league, IMHO.

Polio and smallpox will only make a comeback among those who believe what she's saying. Those of us who know better can be vaccinated.

I agree, Grace and McCarthy aren't in the same league. Grace is an attention whore for her own personal gains.

Interesting info:

The population at large in North America doesn't get vaccination for small pox anymore.

Also, interestingly, a little over a decade about we stopped giving live oral polio vaccination in North America because the risk of getting polio from the live vaccine was comparatively high vs the actual wild-type polio virus. We do give killed virus vaccines though now.

Yeah, she's a nut, but these two cases are not the best arguments as to why she is a nut.

I agree, the CDC website says small pox vaccinations for general population stopped in the 1970's. And the polio CDC site, I'm still reading that, it's like 😱
