When the congressman’s father and brother sued reporter Ryan Lizza for implying that NuStar Farms, the family dairy, hired undocumented workers, they should probably have anticipated that they’d have to prove that their employees were all legal. And certainly their lawyer should have told them that they’d have to surrender employment records and sit for depositions if they were foolish enough to file such a suit.

lol oh lol another Beauty from Devin

More news on this one.

Because of Devincow's lawyer's misconduct at the depositions, they now have to produce citizenship records for all their employees.

Poor Devincow. He can't just sue because they hurt his feels. He has to prove that what they said is actually false. And given that the Esquire reporter interviewed numerous people around town, and all said that basically every dairy farmer in the county hires almost exclusively undocumenteds because they are less expensive than citizens, it's probably going to turn out to be true.

How's that politically motivated lawsuit working out for you ole Devvy.

The list is longer than I had previously thought. I guess no one website has a comprehensive list as it might exceed their allotted hard drive space.

AFAIK, Nunes has

1. Sued WaPo now twice.
2. Sued CNN.
3. Sued McClatchy and Esquire Magazine.
4. Sued Twitter to unmask various parody accounts so that he can sue them.
5. Sued a dairy farmer and other local activists in Tulare country for challenging his description of himself as a "farmer."
6. Sued Democratic challenger Andrew Janz for re-tweeting posts from his Cow.
7. Sued Fusion GPS

Pains me to say it but if Harris is the Dem's nominee in '24 it will be Bush vs Dukakis all over again plus racism/sexism. She would get my vote but I think she would have no chance.

Cuomo would have a better chance nationally in some ways shameful as that would be. (and I think he would be drubbed soundly as well)

lol, what a moron
A perfect example of someone who decided to file a SLAPP suit, but encountered someone who would tell them to pound sand.

I'm having visions of the replica/desert eagle scene from Snatch right about now.
