It was close to a year ago. My stepson was in the hospital for an emergency appendectomy. In the waiting area there was a computer that was in what I thought was a great configuration for an office.

The computer itself was very small and actually hung on the back of the monitor. The bracket/base assembly was designed to both support the monitor and the computer itself. Definitely SFF.

It may have been a Dell, but I'm not sure if my memory is all that clear. Might have been HP. Sorry to be so vague.

HP Compaq dc7900 is a small form factor model that I have seen mounted to the back of a PC monitor. These mount on the back of a normal monitor and the stand does not look designed to support them.

I believe that dell has some options that mount on monitors as well (the optiplex SFF models can mount on a special monitor stand).

Kinda like this picture?

There are a few options that are out there.

I'd say that's exactly what I saw. So they're Optiplex models?

I have used them extensively at various hospitals, they're god awful, slow, frequent failure rate, etc...
