Army has recently decided to go with the Chrysler Town & Country vans plated up with armour as a troop transporter,
and the Pacifica as their 'Executive Transporter' also packed with armour for service in Iraq.

The reliability of the HumV's isn't as good as expected, so switch to something that they can get better service from.
