Samsung, Micron, and Infineon come to mind.
Corsair doesn't make the memory chips per say. I buy nothing but Corsair as of late and find Samsung, Micron, and Nanya chips on them. None report problems. Of course everything gets run "by the book" here.
I have some PC2100 CAS2 Infineon unreg DDR from 2001 that runs at ridiculous speed. I use that in my personal machines that may run "out of spec" every once in a while.
