I need to know!

Think I'm gonna get Corsair because they're on sale and I've heard good things about their overclocking ability.

Corsair is definitely in the top few in terms of quality and overclockability. OCZ memory is also capable of hitting super high clockspeeds and low timings.

All the one's listed are good. The real determining factor would be what motherboard and cpu you have to use with the ram. You can get more customized answers if you list these two items so we know what chipset you will use with them.

If you overclock I recall Evan Lieb saying once that Corsair XMS is overclocked 6ms memory while HyperX is 5ms memory in response to a question by NFS4.

Samsung, Micron, and Infineon come to mind.

Corsair doesn't make the memory chips per say. I buy nothing but Corsair as of late and find Samsung, Micron, and Nanya chips on them. None report problems. Of course everything gets run "by the book" here.

I have some PC2100 CAS2 Infineon unreg DDR from 2001 that runs at ridiculous speed. I use that in my personal machines that may run "out of spec" every once in a while. :)

Cheers!
