Not really all that concerned about noise but I just really want something that pushes alot of air.
Abit IS7
P4 3.0 GHz CPU
1 Gig Corsair DDR PC3200
Radeon 9800 NP *flashed to pro*

If noise isn't really a concern, I'd say Sunon fans - run forever and move a healthy amount of air. So far I'm impressed with the Vantecs the most, little pricey but I think they even come with a warranty.

Lots of air, no noise concerns? Vantec Tornado will push TONS of air, if you're content with a jet engine under your desk 😛.
Seriously, just about any major brand fan would be fine, just look at the CFM rating and compare it to the noise level and see what you're comfortable with.

If all you are concerned about is pushing alot of air I'd also suggest the Vantec Tornado's (be warned they do sound like a hair dryer), but if reliability is a concern and you still want to move a decent amount of air I'd suggest Sunon, if you want good reliability and fairly quiet I'd suggest the Panaflo's. Although just about any major brand fan supplier will have something that should fit your needs, it's mostly just personal prefrence

Nidec, Comaire/Rotron, NMB, Delta, Sunon, Panasonic are good brands.

Upper limits vs. size:

60 mm-> 55 CFM
80 mm-> 105CFM
92 mm-> 148CFM
120mm-> 219CFM

NOTE: Models in the upper limit bracket will be NOISY. If this is for a workstation in a home environment it will likely be uncomfortably numb.

Cheers!

qualities to look for in a fan:

Double Ball Bearing (if it does not explicitly say this, don't risk getting it. Sleeve Bearing fans have a MTBF (mean time between failures) less than half that of DBB fans).

High CFM:Noise ratio.

thats about it, Panaflos are nice, but when I try to turn down my 92mm panaflo, it sounds weird.

Sunons are my fav, personally, Pabst is good, too.

Tt Smartfan is the gaudiest thing I have ever seen, I hate it.
