Ewww. That sounds awful. The real stuff is tasty, if you can find a real cryovac brisket with the little spice packet inside buy one and try it. And buy a big one so you have some left over to make Reubens.
I got canned corned beef hash once on a whim. I'm pretty sure something interesting could be done with it, but I couldn't think of much at the time. I'd rather get spam as my cheap canned meat thing.

Well the canned stuff is horrible i can agree on, but I'm not talking about the canned stuff.
I guess I am one of those weird people that like canned corned beef. They even sell a canned corned beef hash with diced potatoes in it here.

While the canned corn beef hash with diced potatoes I can eat without gagging, and I usually mix half an onion with a can and add sweet peas and carrots.

Making hash is the only thing that can be done with canned corned beef to make it edible. I'd rather buy a can of plain corned beef and make my own hash instead of using canned hash. Either way though, fry it up so the edges get brown and crispy and it's not awful. I agree that Spam is better than canned corned beef or canned hash. And like hash, the best way to cook Spam is to fry it so the edges are brown and crispy. On a sandwich with a little mustard fried Spam is quite good. But real corned beef is 100 times better. This thread got me hungry, so I pulled a package of corned beef out of the freezer. That's tomorrow nights dinner.

I enjoy a corned beef and cabbage dinner, especially with some good potatoes cooked well. Not one of my favorite dishes, id much rather have a good corn chowder, or even a good reuben.

That shit always reminded me of cheap canned dog food. No thanks. I'm in the " the only canned meat I can even consider is Spam" contingent.

I like corned beef, cabbage eh not as much but will eat. I especially like: Roast until it starts to dry out a and pre thawed lima beans cook a tad more than add in a couple eggs over in the center. Myb some good parmesan sprinkled over,

For some reason I'm getting hungry for some Corned Beef and Cabbage, with potatoes and onions added to it along with carrots. Cooked in a slow cooker for 8 to 12 hours.

Sounds delicious anyone? Maybe use some spices, malt vinegar, and sesame oil?

Yes please! Damn, we’re having chicken tonight...

Isn't that ground up sheep parts stuffed in a sheep's stomach?
it's gross if you think about it ... so don't.
actually Haggis is very much easy to eat. And to make. The stuff that comes out of a pack from your supermarket is almost as good as the one you get from the butcher. You go to the shop, you buy it ,you boil it for 20 minutes, you eat it with mash potatoes and maybe some gravy, if you feel fancy.
