I have found that a forty-eight ounce steak made an adequate breakfast for me on those days that I was going out to play paintball.

There isn't a better sign of getting old than complaining about indigestion.

5'9 and 145lbs. Had a blood test a month ago and all levels are perfectly fine.

That, and I'd rather have gotten the jumbo jack with no mayo, 2 tacos and water for 3 bucks even.

No, I'm just an asian guy with skinny genes.

But yea, people everywhere are fat, but don't just be pointing over here at the US.

I prefer getting lunch early on the way into work. Otherwise I might skip lunch since i'm always busy with something during normal lunch time.

Carl's Jr, Subway, Del Taco and Wendy's will occasionally see me in the mornings - I just rotate the places each week.

I stick with cereal usually

If I would eat that for breakfast I would become a fat bastard.

And no I dont have the asian genes like you, I have the cajun gene.
