Sake is something I can happily drink a whole bottle of without a lot of without any trouble.

Unfortunately the ones I like are about $40 per bottle. 🙁

fixed 😛

I like it a lot, but I tend to like all booze.

Gekkeikan Black & Gold is the best kind that's cheap ($16 a bottle) and widely available IMO.

I tried it in Japan. I think there may be some form that I like, but I never found a good one. I have the same feelings about wine. There is probably a really good wine out there, but most aren't very good.

Note: large quantities of sake were the only way I could choke down that Japaneese food. I can't stand seafood. So, I did drink it a lot.

Sake is great, I usually order a hot sake or two with some sushi. When I'm feeling swanky I get the good cold stuff. This sushi place by me (Tank Sushi) has half off all sake and wine Tuesdays, great day to try something a little more expensive.

I've only had shitty american sake, but I'm going to try some in Nippon next week.

I do like some Jinro soju.

Sake sucks.. I hate people who want me to order it at Japanese restaurants. Some things they do well, like the sushi, but look jackass I'm sticking to American beer. Enjoy your $5 Budwei...err, Asahi.

There is a hibachi restaurant here that serves sake warm that is just amazing. when you drink it it almost just evaporates in your throat. 😀

Tried cheap sake, expensive sake at a nice restaurant, warm sake, cold sake, and mixed drinks with sake. It's just way too harsh for me. It's like drinking turpentine or something.
