so i haven't done real sprints and runs for a while...so i go outside today, run my arse off, then bend over and puke. It was a waste of a good lunch 🙁
Heh, yeah, that's not the greatest feeling. I have a weird stomach...I'm a runner in high school, I run all the time. I'm the fastest person in the 200M in my league, but if I run all out just for a little bit, I get really nauseous. I even looked up hypoglycemia, but that doesn't fit the description...=\ Run more often, you'll be fine 🙂
Ahhhh, RTYP (Run Till Ya Puke). I love em 🙂 I tend to puke after races (especially the mile and 5K) when I sprint the finish. Makes me proud; that way I know I ran hard 😀
