I loved it, it was awesome, one of the best movies I've seen. I've even got a DivX rip of it that I made, it's 1 GB, but the quality is so high you can't tell the difference between the DVD and the rip I made!!!

I thought it got better each time I watched it. I think I've seen it 8 or 9 times, now.

I was one of those nerds that went at midnight to get the DVD when it was released, and took a half day off work to watch it.

I saw it 3 times on the big screen, though, which was incredible.

I got the dvd for christmas and finally watched it last night. My only complaint is when my wife asked me to turn the stereo down because she was trying to go to sleep.

Hell if your a woman (which I am not) and you didn't find Russel Crowe sexy (I didn't) you should question your femininity(sp?)... my GF bought the freaking DVD for me just so she could stare at him for over 2 hours. Anyway good movie and sounds almost as good as Saving Private Ryan with 6.1 DTS.

My wife and I enjoyed Gladiator at the movies and I got it on DVD last month. All-around great cast, excellent action, and great story-telling.

My wife loves Russell Crowe!

excellent movie, highly entertaining, even if the story was incredibly inaccurate. marcus aurelius wanting to restore the republic... heheheh... commodus a wimpy piece of crap heheh (he did fight in the coliseum, but was built like russell crowe)
