ROFL - they are not "pretty much buying everything". Nobody really buys savings bonds outside of individual small investors. You can't even access them in quantities that they need to. You're talking hundreds of billions per year.
I'd absolutely love for you to provide proof they are buying savings bonds vs treasuries. We can see proof everywhere that their *TREASURY* holdings are what they are, but please, do educate us with your plethora of knowledge and show us they are "buying everything that could be cashed in quickly". I assume you have some insider knowledge of the PBOC holdings - right? Please provide us a nice chart for "callable debt" (ROFL).
Further, please provide us with the bonds that can magically be redeemed inside of the maturity date, other than savings bonds. Treasuries don't have a "supposed" maturity date, they have a maturity date, that's it.
Their debt can't be "called". It can only be sold. Where do you people come up with this shit?
