Who knows of a good Web Host???

I am currently looking for a new web host. Does anyone know of a good reliable web host??? I am tired of mine going down all the time. My only requirement is it must do PHP.

I use Globat. The only real issue I have is that it seems sometimes email is funky when accessing it from other than the web-based interface, otherwise it's flawless. Fairly inexpensive, I have 10GB space and 300GB/month bandwidth. They support PHP/MySQL.

If you want cheap, I've had several friends host at e-rice.net. They're as low as $10 a year for web and email hosting. The support guy is super-friendly and helpful, although the site is NOT really intended for newbies.

When I was hosting some throw-away mailboxes and web sites with them, I found them quite reliable. They DO support pHp. I've never read any bad comments about them on webmaster forums.
 
I use catalog.com for my personal site [below] as well as a few other random sites. Pretty dang reliable, esp given that the site's been getting 50-100 hits/day since I launched it 3-4 weeks ago.
