I'm upgrading my generic stick of pc133/64mb to a pc133/128 piece and I wanna know whether i should put my money on (a) Mushkin Rev2 133 (b) mushkin Rev3 133 (c) mushkin PC150 HSDRAM or (d) Crucial -7E pc133 cas2.

Given that they all run at 133/cas2 and I dont really care about the price too much, I'm looking for something to hit 147mhz minimum, as i plan to run my KT7R@ 110FSB (220 DDR) and that bumps the memory bus to 147 (110FSB + 37PCI = 147mem)at cas2. I dont want 256mb, as i know it does jack-all for framrate, and i think the PC150HSDRAM at 6.6ns looks like a good bet, but I'm looking for some good ol advice from all you pro's out there.

I'm running a TB1.0 that does 1.2@1.8v stable, ASUS v6600 pro64 (geforce1 64mbSDR quadro modded) and I know that my board can hit 110 when i set my generic stuff to cas3.

Thanks for the HELP!

All of those are good choices. May I suggest one more choice? I've seen some very positive reviews of Kingmax Tiny BGA PC150 SDRAM. I'm going to purchase some myself but haven't had the $$$ to. It's supposed to run CAS2 at 150mhz, 6ns. Look for PC150 in the memory->system on pricewatch. Lowest price right now is $65 for 128MB.

fyi, 6ns will be good to 166mhz, I don't know what cas setting you'd have to set to get it that high, but you won't be overclocking your RAM when it's running at 166mhz, which can be a good thing!
