Guess you could look around for custom beanie makers. Or kowloon market. 😱
Yeah re: the trademarks, square's always been pretty stuck up with them. It's not just square though, general asian pride in keeping their works unaltered.

Look at the mods the community attempted, Chrono Trigger: Crimson Echoes and Chrono Trigger: Ressurection (3d project).
Both of em' got cease-and-desist letters quickly from Square.

Sad.

It was a popular game. I'm surprised they didn't have their own plush toys. I remember having Sonic and Tails and they are very cute. :awe:

I dunno why those things were so damn popular.
All I know is for a short while parents were getting into fist fights over them.

The parents were collecting them and paying 20000% retail for some "rare" ones apparently. Sick! They would put them in clear cases for viewing even protecting the tag with a clamshell acrylic "tag protector". 😀

Yeah I remember when they were popular, my dad thought about buying up a bunch of them cuz he knew someday they'd be up on ebay for 10 times their original price.
He never did it.
I am so glad I kept my GI Joes all these years. Been doing the ebay thing for a month now. As soon as my reputation gets up there, I am moving into collectibles.

Very fuzzy, but I kinda want one.

Wish they had a Marle one.

The chick I was dating a few months ago made a ton of money off selling ancient African and Chinese artwork as well as ultra rare toys...some were these beanies.

I used to make fun of her for it, but she'd make a nice profit. Problem is most selling don't have them stored in proper methods to warrant the high price. The silly tag protector is not enough.

I agree on the fuzzy part but still cute. You know that spiked hair is not going to be cloth or yarn! It will probably have to be a polymer not much different than a silencer used on a bowstring.
