We need to use these people as pig food. The sad thing is guys like this have tons of kids and people like myself have none.

The child support system needs to be completely overhauled. At my store we cash checks and a lot of them are child support. Mothers come in with a kid in old shitty clothes with no shoes on. But after cashing the check they spend sometimes damn near half of it on cigarettes and liquor. And I don't just see this here and there, it happens a lot. There are a ton of assholes like in the OP's story, but there are many who gladly pay every month and have no idea the females spending most of it on herself.

On a side tangent... 11 years maximum prison time for failure to pay 3 years of child support @ 150/month.

I think it is based on his meager income, if there is one. If he does not make much to begin with, the court can not take much.
