LOL best post EVER!

...back on topic, i'll vote Ghadafi as the biggest scum bag out of the current lot of African dictators. i'd say previously that title belonged to Charles Taylor of Liberia or perhaps Idi Amin...and before either of them it was Mubarak's (Egypt) predecessor Anwar Sadat. of course this list is going to be incredibly subjective, so really take your pick - there's alot to choose from LOL.

He's my favorite. He was installed by the French despite his cannibalistic tendencies. He feasted upon the blood of schoolchildren.

Well there's no evidence he actually ate the school children he personally beat to death.D:

Of the current crop. Mugabe gets a bit less press than Quaddafi, but is intriguing none the less. Of course Mswati III does have that helicopter head going for him, so there is that. Most of these countries follow the same repeating pattern: Bloody coup, followed by a great ethnic purge accompanied by a plundering of the country's meager funds, which is either followed by another bloody coup or exile of said leader to another country willing to take the guy in.

My vote is split between Mugabe because he is so well known and oh so wacky and Quadaffi who is even more infamous and just as huggably wacky.

Peace

anwar sadat - the father of modern terrorism, not arafat. in response to hardliners saying he was too cozy with the west, he founded a jihad group which later assassinated him during a military parade.

Idi Amin told all the Indians to GTFO of Uganda back in the early 70s, delcaring an econmic war. At the time time they controlled most businesses and owned a significant amout of property. Ironically, Indians supported Amins rise to power since current leader started the anti Asian retoric. They were hoping Amin would bring an end to it.

Ugandan soldiers during this period engaged in theft and violence against the Asians with impunity. After their expulsion, the businesses were handed over to Amin's supporters. At the time of Amin's death in 2003, many Ugandans still expressed appreciation for the expulsion of Asians.
