Parks and Rec. Him and April are the only good things about the show.
I like a lot of the characters. I loved Aziz Ansari's character (Tom), and I thought Jean-Ralphio Saperstein was a great character (annoying at times, but a great character). Andy Dwyer was really good too.

My problem with Aziz Anszri is that he literally has no other character. So either you like the guy he plays or you don't. I don't, so everything he has ever been in or will be in just won't work for me because he doesn't know how to act any other character.

Jean? Ralphio and his sister were both horrible characters. The show suffered the same fate as "The League" in that they let in characters that are completely impossible (Rafi) and then they just take over. Andy was alright but forgettable.

<snip>.

Sounds like Tom Cruise. Every part he plays is the same. Tom Cruise playing Tom Cruise. I like most of his movies, but he always plays his part the same way. Serious faced Tom Cruise.

OK, maybe I should have said his later <adult Tom> movies.

Sheesh...I admit there MIGHT be an exception here or there...but I'm right and you all know it.:colbert:

No, you're not right and pretty much everyone that has ever seen a movie knows it. Aziz Ansari is the most one-dimensional "actor" since Foster Brooks somehow made a career out of playing the least realistic drunk in the history of mankind. Cruise is not even close to being similar. He does manage to stretch into completely different characters. I agree that he plays a little too much serious these days and not enough of the smart-aleck he was good at when younger. But to mention him in the same breath as being similar to Aziz is flat out stupid even by the standards of the internet.

He was 19 when filming 'Risky Business' so technically he was an adult.

Root on Person of Interest. Can't think of anyone else that stands out so much.

Probably Highlander (Adrian Paul as Duncan MacLeod from the TV series). He had a good amount of coolness going on back in the day.
