my gf does retouching of models all day long for an e-tailing solutions provider. they sell stuff for the biggest designers. granted, this isnt vogue or cosmo or what not, but she touches up all the models and says even the highest paid ones need lots of work most of the time. sure here and there you get flawless, but she said workin there has boosted her confidence because she sees just how much work even the higher up models need to look good. and that isnt even for a super high end magazine.
 
Looks like someone used too much "shadow/highlights", plus it has some teeth whitening and the eye + lips colors were also modified... she looks cute though... I cant understand why people ruin perfectly good looking photos all the time.. They just have no idea what a good retouching job is... I bet that pic is still 2x better in original form

If I had been around, she would have touched up a lot more 😉
