I wouldn't consider #5 stupid per se....

I thought many of them were though, but my vote went for #9.

I mean come on he's under it and then shoots it? What does he expect? I think you must be really stupid not to know about gravity... so... I voted #9.

10 is out, because he didn't die

all the ones involving firearms are out, just because

6 is out, he was a criminal

i have to go with 4 or 2

i'll go with 4 since he was a lawyer. he should have known better

the guy under the truck deserves a break , at least he was trying to do something useful

Gotta be number 4, something about demonstrating the safety of something and getting killed while doing it is really funny to my. I bet the looks on the law students faces where priceless.

10...why isn't anyone mentioning 7 though...using a lighter to see down the barrel of a muzzle loader? You don't have any business staring down the barrel of a loaded muzzle loader in the first place, much less using a god damn lighter to hell you see while doing it.

#5 is funny, but an urban legend. I'd hazard a guess that one or more of the others are as well. At any rate, #1 for me.

That one is true. It really did happen and the Mythbusters also tackled the subject by proving how easy it was to break large windows in buildings with slightly pressurized interiors.

Yes sir, some of them are from watchin tv shows, but most are from either the newspaper (the local newspaper did a story about some of the dumbest people around recently) or from watching the news. Yes I was surprised to find something useful on the news.
