You would be the one with the broken nose if you didn't pay for it.

I have a gas weed whacker with a chain that would take your foot off at the ankle.

Running a metal 'blade' really doesn't = weed whacker.

Most are using that title to denote the nylon string trimmer variety.

There is always someone that comes to the table and talks about their 'weed whacker' that can take down 8" trunks though :)

If the OP is using a heavy brush slayer curbside that's just insane and dangerous to more than just himself.

It's not a blade, it's a chain. I exaggerated though. It would take off quite a bit of skin though.

so? what does that have to do with it?

while yes it does not belong to you. you still need to take care of it and mow it.

I think he's talking about the portion of the street the truck was parked on, not the devil strip.

ok fine what does that have to do with it anyway? teh op still is the cause of a rock damaging the window.

OP was trying to blame the neighbor for parking in front of his house all the time like he owns that portion of the street just because it's in front of his house. So the person replying says that it does not belong to him and his neighbor has every right to park there. In saying that, the OP is responsible for the damage to the car and can't use the excuse that the neighbor is parked in front of his house all the time. Clear enough?

Uhh, I wasn't blaming him for parking in front of the house and I don't think I own the street hence the reason I said it was a public street.

This was simply hypothetical question I came up with while doing yard work.
