Put up a fucking sign explaining what a courtesy flush is. Some shits just need to be broken down into 2 or 3 flushes.

management.
its their job to replace with better toilets.
if it stays there and lowers employee morale, let it, its the bosses fault. your only duty is to report, then the balls in their court.

Big punishing, clogging shits.

I'd think the cleaning crew would do that. Doesn't sound like a real plumbing issue if it's just from a couple of guys and it can be fixed with a few plunges.

Are they the "industrial strength" toilets? Those are much stronger than regular toilets. Though I have clogged one before, with no paper. That poor toilet got punished.

Uh, fire the janitors if they aren't doing their jobs. Plenty of others are looking for jobs and I'm sure some would even do that.

It's the janitor's job to clean the bathroom, stock the tp, soap, ect, but not to unclog the toilet. That would be the responsibility of the landlord or property manager to either do it or delegate it to someone else.

It's up to the individual who clogs the toilet to unclog it.

It's NOT the janitor's job, it's not the job of the young people in the office, nor the new guy...and while it may indeed be caused by an issue that requires a plumber, it still comes down to whoever clogs the fucking toilet needs to grab the plunger and un-clog the dammed thing.

At home, sure, but thats not corporate mentality.

For example, hypothetically speaking, my pay rate is $100.00/hour. From a boss' point of view, it makes no sense to pay me $100/hour to unclog toilets because:

A, While unclogging toilets, I'm not doing the real work that I'm paid $100/hour to do

B. It shouldn't cost 100/hour to unclog toilets

C. The janitors are lazy

D. There's a bigger problem if the toilets are constantly clogging.

Then fire the janitors and include this responsibility in contract of the new hires. You don't even have to fire them, just inform them one more duty is on their list and can quit if they want.
