Who is going to play EverCRACK 2?

I played EQ twice, on two different servers, both times to high level on several characters...

It's very addictive, and I learned to hate the game and everyone involved in producing it and the process by which it was run.

That said, EQ2 looks like a major update of the same formula, which means it'll be really fun for a while... and then more of an occupation. But still fun in a life-consuming sort of way. But no, I'm not going to play it.

I've played eq on 3 servers over the last few years, with 400 days logged, 60 wizard on rathe back in the day, then i quit for a while, started fresh from level 1 on nameless, got 65 wizard, transfered to saryrn got level 70, then ebayed. I'm done for good now....plus, eq2 looks like it sucks (and according to the reviews it does)

I played old ultima online for a bit, along with a ton of Diablo & Diablo 2. Never again I say. Never again.

What reviews?

Besides reviews of a MMORPG that changes all the time don't necessarily stay accurate for long.

unless they've made an MMORPG where solo'ing is just as enjoyable as grouping, no.

I'm kinda burned out on the MMORPG market anyways.

Everquest 2 release date is tomorrow, who's going to play? Actually I think if you're hardcore you can get it today and gain a full day of leveling over most people! Haha..

I'm a recovering EQ addict, 150 days logged (3600 hours of my life, if I worked at McDonalds I could have bought a used BMW!). Level 60 Mage (Second Epic on Terris Thule), 40 Monk, 42 Druid.

I'm thinking of playing again, the trailers they have are amazing. I've tried other MMORPGs but nothing hit the spot quite like EQ.

16 hrs of work a week and 16 units this quarter...I don't want to imagine what will happen once I start up again.

Post your server if you plan on playing. Or post your success stories in getting out of the game and leading a healthy normal life once again 😉

THAT's WEAK!

70 SK w/289 AAs, 65 Monk, 60 War, 57 Monk, 57 Ranger, 55 Bard, 52 Necro and tons of alts around 40-50 range.

So in answer to your question, yes, yes I am going to get EQII.

reocvering FFXI addict checking in. some friends will be trying EQ2, most will be going with WoW. I am going WoW, and then I will switch to the one with the most ebay potential.

I never really got into FFXI that much. Granted I have it and play it.

What can I say, I'm a sucker for MMORPGS.

I played the first one for 4 years, more than 600 days logged on 5 top level characters. Will probably check out the second one.

LOL

I played for about a year and only got to 25th level Mage. I just couldn't invest the time playing because you needed at least 1-2 hours a pop.

I definitely need to find a game where you can get things done in 15-30 mins rather than hours.
