I sent a complaint letter regarding a Priceline dispute to Kenneth I. Chenault and it was resolved within 2 weeks.
He appears to be the Chairman and CEO of American Express.

Ahh. So it's more than likely that AmEx removed the COO position?

what happened?
They sold and charged me for an 3 airline tickets to an incorrect alternate city (Atlanta instead of Birmingham). I had everything documented with dates, times of people I spoke with, etc. I disputed it with Amex, they contacted Priceline and told me to screw a racoon (something like that). I got fedup and sent five long whiny bitchy threatening letters to the CEO's of Priceline, Delta Airlines, Amex, the CT and OR Attorney General's offices. Then I paid Intelius.com for a 24 hour pass, found the names and addresses for the CEO's of those corporations AND William Shatner's PR rep and sent them copies of the letters. All in all it took about 20 hours total time but it was well worth it. They screwed up and I shouldn't have to pay for it.
In my research I ran across BadDealings.com forums which is an interesting web site filled with other complaints.
