From my trip to Vegas I would say that there are plenty of cheap hookers to smoke. They even have Mexicans hand out hooker trading cards on the streets. Collect the whole set!

Because of the usually-shitty weather, the celebrations here take place early May.

Last year the Marijuana March was on May 5th and there were about 15000 people smoking around the legislature, but I don't think anybody actually bothered marching.
