I've debated running to work before, as it's only 8 miles, but then I realized it would be 8 miles back too, and 80 miles a week, not including weekends, is a bit much for me.
I try to walk, but at my new place I have a much harder time getting up early enough in the morning. My bedroom gets no sunlight. My last place I *had* to get up early because the sun was in my eyes at 7-8 AM. Now I have to drive if I didn't leave the 30 minutes it takes to walk.
I've been good about it these past few weeks. Now I just have to keep it up.
