I just got mine today - the corded version. An upgrade from version 3.0. First impressions: Fits hand very nicely. Very smooth pointer with excellent accuracy. Clicks nicely. However, the scoll wheel seems a little unresponsive at times and pretty much sucks for FPS games. I have a major gripe with the position of the browser buttons on the side - they're too high!

I'm not sure I like it...
 
agree with the browser buttons... they're too high
but i have no problem with the scroll, very smooth and works great for me
