I am too. It took this iMac 20 seconds to load the reply page after I clicked "Quote", and I'm on a T1. Macs are evil

The first PC I bought myself was a MAC SE/30.

I used it from my last year of high school until I graduated college and got a job.

The I bought a Compaq Deskpro 486/66, which is what we were using at the time.

I've been Intel/AMD ever since.

I started using computers in the first grade. I went to a private school at the time that had an awesome computer lab for its time; it was full of brand-new Macintosh Plus computers. It wasn't long before my parents bought one, and it wasn't long before I landed my first plane in MS Flight Simulator, something most PC users could only dream of at the time.

In 1992, my parents bought a Macintosh LCIII, which my father has now been using for 10 years. (Our first Mac lasted from 1985 to 1992 without any problems.) In comparison, our first PC, a Gateway with a Pentium Pro 200, lasted only 5 years (1996-2001). No one else makes a better machine in terms of hardware quality, IMO. Apples are now more stylish than ever, and their software is very intuitive, not to mention an awesome OS. I have the feeling it won't be too long before I get a Powerbook or iBook.
