I have a Moto V300. You work out what year it's from. Only reason I am using this is because my T72 died and my wife retired her V300 (to go to an RAZR)

Just check battery and it was made in April 2004 so I imagine the phone is in that neighbourhood too. So this phone is 5 year old.

Just remembered the best one. I was wearing a hoodie and had my blackberry pearl in its pocket. Somehow it dropped out into the toilet while I was taking a leak. Phone still works!

Ive dropped my Blackjack smartphone at least 10 times outside the house, stepped on it 2 times I think and once it fell as as it fel lit hit the front of my boot and flew another 5 feet. It still workes perfectly to my dismay

I used to drop my cheap phones all the time... They'd scratch and crack, but always worked just fine afterwards.

Now that I have a Motorola Q, I'm cautious as hell and haven't dropped it once in a year. My wife knocked it off the dresser the other day though and it hit face first.

*DOH!* I held in my thoughts though... not worth it.

OMG that reminds me. A friend of mine was kicking pebbles at an amusement park and had lose shoes. The flew into the log ride and another friend went at got that! we were 10.

When I got an i580 I smacked it around the house on purpose for about an hour.
Also dunked it and layed it out in the sun for a day.

Tought little ah heck. Too bad it wasnt a better quality phone.
Next time I'll go with the Tundra.

I never dropped my POS free phone. Then I bought an iphone, which I've dropped more times than I can count. Luckily I didn't pay much for it and it was dinged up pretty good to start with, but it's dented to hell now. Still works fine though.

Yeah, I got my head chopped off, but the doctors sewed it back on and I'm ok now.

Call me crazy, but from 80ft, I'm just going to assume it was damaged. It had to have hit either concrete or water. Either way, it's dead.
