Who here has ditched their mouse for the magic pad?

I only use the magic trackpad, more or less. I keep the mouse handy and find it better for photoshop, but for just about anything else magic trackpad plus better touch tool is the greatest thing ever.

I don't have one, but I use the trackpad on my Macbook Pro all the time. I only use a mouse when I game. I don't think I could live without the gestures and two finger scrolling.

I tried the Magic Trackpad and hated it. I like the trackpad on my 17" macbook pro and my magic mouse, but something about the angle of the magic trackpad made me dislike it immensely.

It's a wonderful device and I love using it. I still use a mouse for gaming, though.

I switch between the two depending on what I'm doing. If I'm leaning closer to the screen (usually work related) I typically grab my mouse, when I'm laying back surfing the web or whatever I use the magic trackpad.

^ This. I have a mouse hooked up for precision stuff, but about 80% of the time I'm on the trackpad. The gestures make it worth while.

Mouse.....:hmm:

Trackpad is all I know anymore, now if could only get one installed in my m11x I could die a happy man....:awe:

Get one.

Thank me later.

Just got one the other day. LOVING it so far. Very comfortable to use and just feels natural.

Apple's trackpads and gestures have really spoiled me. I really do not like using any non-Apple laptop strictly because of the inferior trackpad found on every Windows and Linux notebook/netbook.

its awesome. personally, i still love my microsoft intellimouse explorer 3.0, but if i didnt have it with me, its the trackpad all the way.
