Who here has actually killed someone?

well... that depends on your definition of "kill"

One day I was driving down a divided highway in the left lane and a drunk pulled out of a bar that was located on the median. He made a right into oncoming traffic. I saw that we were going to head-on so I got out of the way. I don't think the guy behind me saw it coming. I don't know if there was a collission or not because of the lighting situation, but if there was, someone died. Does that mean I "killed" them?
