I've been into horror movies and memorabilia since about the age of 8. When I'm not all geeked out talking about building my next PC or finding network solutions, I find comfort in sitting in my cold-ass garage trying to make accurate replicas for horror movie fans. You can check out some of my work by clicking below. What hobbies/side jobs do you guys/gals have? I like finding out that I'm not the only oddball here. My wife thought I was a serial killer when she first met me.... but now she's kind of accepted it. LOL. What can I say, it's all nostalgic and keeps me acting like a kid again. BTW, these hockey mask replicas sell from $160-$250 depending on the style. Usually only the most hardcore fans order them that are sick of the cheap $5 glow-in-the-dark alien looking hocks you find at Walmart, Spencers, etc.

Yeah. If I were your wife and I walked down into the garage and saw you making those I might be a little scared.

Sadly, my hobby of sitting around watching hockey and football and surfing the web doesn't pay very well.

Thank you very much. I spend a lot of time on them and pay a lot of attention to little details by studying screen caps from each film. Each mask can take anywhere from a week or two to finish - sometimes 10-15 hours total.

Haha... thanks, I said the same thing when I first laid eyes on her. She's a sweetheart too.

I'm not a balloon yet... but if I keep eating these damn Willies burritos I'll be 200+ in no time. I need to join a gym, but I just keep thinking I'll quit after 2 months - and I'll be locked into another 2 yr wasted contract.
 
Those are some nice masks and you have done some good work but think it better to keep posting pics of the wife instead. :laugh:
