You're outta your damn mind if you think they won't. Counter-strike is as popular as any other game and it uses the original Half Life (quake) engine too. Name recognition is everything, and condition zero will have it big time.

people need to realize that counter-strike: condition zero IS NOT the same thing as CS2 nor will it ever be.

I will probably get it later not such a big game fan myself. Use to be big on console games A LOT but now so much over the past 4yrs.

I've got 13 hundred in the bank right now, and a brand new computer more than capable of playing HL2, if not at the highest settings than close: Athlon XP 2500+, 512 mb of ram, and a Radeon 9800. The first semester of my freshman year is going to be rough with HL2, DX2, Lo-Mac, and all the traditional college distractions (ie, women and booze). Should be fun .

By "people," are you referring to me? I understand what CS:CZ is and what it isn't. I was just pointing out that average joe who plays counterstrike doesn't care if CZ uses the newest graphics engine, it's all counterstrike to them. Even if CZ ends up not being any better than the current version of CS it will still sell.
