i used to never drink until i got in my motorcycle club..it was downhill from there :eek:

I don't drink, smoke, gamble, or do illegal drugs. I ONLY drink/smoke socially (when I go out and only one or two drinks/smokes). I have no problem with others that do as long as they don't hurt anyone (drunk driving).

Not because I couldn't afford it or because of any morals. I just don't like the tastes of them vices.

Haven't had a drink of alcohol in 22 years and don't give a rats butt what others chose to do, drugs or alcohol.
If anyone under the influence causes me problems they will be treated with extreme prejudice.

It wasn't the money I spent on drink. It was the money I spent while drinking, that caused the problem :)
I took money I hadn't earned(credit), to buy things I didn't need, to impress people I didn't like. :sun:

I don't drink, never have... (18 years). And no, it's not because I'm a nerd. I never saw the point in drinking at all. I'd rather watch other people get trashed and puke all over themselves. I'd take a good steak over a good beer anyday =)

I'm worried about having to drink some champagne or something at my wedding coming up... that's how infrequently I drink. I did it a few times at college, but that was because we just sat around and did that while spilling stories...

After watching how stupid my friends got, I just never could see the point.

I used to drink like a fish from about the age of 15 to 22 I'm now 23 and haven't had a drink in a few months, I haven't smoked a cig in almost a year and havent touched any drug in so long I don't even know for sure.

I have nothing at all against drinking every now and then but hate seeing my friends screw up their lives by drinking and doing drugs so much that they can't remember what they said 5 mins ago, I've come to realize I can have just as much fun if not more with a different set of friends that don't "have to" drink on the weekend just to enjoy theirselves. Every once in a while I'll have a beer with dinner but nothing to get me drunk, and maybe once a year I'll get wasted.

I have liquor in the cabinet that has not been opened, purchased in the country of origin, and I haven't been outside the US in a year now. Moonshine from 2001, straight out of the Georgia backwoods. Maybe a glass of wine a couple of times a month for the heart, is about it.
Having an acoholic for an ex will do that to ya....... :brokenheart:

I drink socially mostly and perhaps have a glass of beer or wine every day. Used to drink alot when in europe, but im getting older now and my wife has me under a no-binge-drinking policy. God bless her!
