Who has used American Express Buyer's Assurance?

How long do the claims normally take? I made a claim on my PDA, and would prefer to get the money back before I purchase a new one.

Buyer's assurance? Is that the 90 day return policy they give on stuff you buy on their card? If so, I used it once for a router, and it worked out really well, I don't remember how long the claim took though. I think it was something like a month.

Buyer's Assurance is the doubling of the warranty to up to 1 year on top of the original.
