Forgot about him getting that p4, well if his gets it clocked above Flocksters, i guess he'd have the mhz prize.

<< i smell a intel vs amd flame war about to start in this one. >>

A flamewar on this forum...NEVER!!!..;)

EDIT, ok, Wingznut wins...2.0ghz

I have an AXIA 1.33 AMD oc'd to 1540 with a Swiftech 462a. FSB 140/Multiplier 11/1.91 Volts /Idle temp 40c/Full Load 44c. I have a MSI K7 Master that has done a sweet job so far for me.

<< mookow i have a pentium 120mhz@120mhz...beat that >>

Why ask me to beat something when you KNOW I have the hardware to do it... no, I'm not talking about my P200@233... I'm talking about my TI-89... i happen to know it beat the living heck out of a PIII 500 labtop on one program (15 minutes vs 40ish)... you can argue that they were running different code (I doubt the TI-89 uses x86 instruction set so making it run the exact same code is impossible), but still, its impressive... and it would beat your p120 like the little red-headed stepchild that it is! ;)

AMDPwred, the answer to your question is: a P4 user. With a 1.7GHz base clock, MHz-wise, they won the race before it even started.

look, all I meant by that comment ws that reheating pizza with my current microwave just takes far, far too long... If I just use 2 plugs and step up the voltage to something around 230, it should cook much faster. That's assuming the bulb will take it, of course. I wonder if you can buy bulbs pretested to do 230W?

Hey... thanks for the help. The only problem is, I think the site is down. Your link doesnt seem to be working at the moment...

BTW, do any sites have a BIOS tweak guide for microwaves?

i'm not allowed to o/c my microwave :(. Last time i fiddled with it the microwave went pop! What made things worse was it happened on a friday night so i couldn't get it repaired until monday, and when i took it in, they where very busy and didn't have it fixed until thursday :(. That was the worst week of my recent life(i love my microwave):(. I am now banned for fiddling with the microwave:|

*Warning* If you are going to o/c your microwave please have a backup microwave on standby. A week without a micowave sucks :(

i had the same doubt some days ago, but now i think i know it's a stepping or production phase of the athlons that can be identified by reading the second line of characters written on the processor. If anyone does not agree, please answer
