the people behind me are thinking, what in the hell is this guy doing?? ohhh, i see, there is a car makeing a right turn, so we all just wait, till no more cars need to make a right?? huh??

no sane person would ever design an intersection in which opposing traffic has a green light along with you having a green light for turning left. the image you drew seems like it just might be a figment of your imagination.
