i have, taiwan and china. i liked it... pretty hot, but you get used to it.

ah, the beautiful island, aka Taiwan....

awsome food, and if you visit the senate building in Taipei, you can catch live action "crouching tiger and hidden dragon" between the senators

southern tip of the island, you can enjoy a dip in the hot spring and see the 'frog rock' on the awsome rocky beach.

Lived in the Philipines for two years; loved and hated it. really miss the villagers; some great food. takes some adjustment and some people can't adjust to the heat, food and customs. I'ld go back in a heartbeat.

The only country in Asia that I've ever been to was Bangladesh.

Japan, hong kong, singapore, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan. All cool, actually, really hot during summer. ;-)

Thailand is dangerous. A friend of mine got done for a long time for being stupid enough to carry a tiny bit of spliff with him. The thing is he got bail and his passport returned for nearly £15,000. What the funny part is, that they bail sounded permanent. Sounds like a bribe more than a fine.

Yeah - Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Hong Kong. They all rocked. Not sure which I'd rather live in though. Probably HK.

Lived in Japan for two years. Beautiful country. Very small though. Visited Korea a few times, and Hong Kong (before it was part of China). Liked em all.

India sux...hot/not very modern/electricity goes out frequently/transportation sux

Singapore is cool..metropolitan lifestyle with asain/multicultural people/tropical atmoshphere

I've lived in the Philippines for 8 years. A very beautiful country if you can look beyond the extreme poverty. Its interesting to see a country where 5% of the people hold 95% of the wealth.
