Who has an awesome business card?

I want to get a calling card. Simple name, phone, email, embossed border and debossed initial with a slightly raised thermographic type. I imagine the paper as being slightly glossy with some texture and decent thickness of paper, but with an almost brittleness to it, like it would almost snap instead of tear and fold.

What kind of paper would that be? How much to those types of cards run?

I once had a customer of mine give me her card and it was a little thicker than normal because it was a flash drive. It was like a thick credit card and had a side tab that folds down for the USB connection. She is a designer so it has all her portfolio work on it. Really cool.
