None of your choices work for me. My husband and I did not have one as neither one of us had any assets (or even any reasonably forseeable assets)to protect. I do, however think they're a good idea for some of those who do already have assets. If Oprah Winfrey were to marry her pool boy without one I'd think that was really foolish.

That's what you got wrong, you post like you have any concept of who I am, you don't. You telling me I have brain damage based on what I type is like me telling you, you have a broken arm based on how you spell.
