Watch the online classifieds for a used Dalite screen....

Got a 106 inch HCCV (16x9) screen for $90. Far better than the parkland it replaced.

I haven't been able to find any Parkland ANYWHERE near me

I've tried both wood and cardboard. The cardboard (thick stuff, like an inch) worked pretty well but started to warp (big bend in the middle). The wood is nice, but heavy. I used Behr Silverscreen from Home Depot. Imo, one of the best DIY options is just a canvas-style screen. Lightweight, easy to make, and you get a real screen. There's a seller on ebay, I believe by the name of "moakes", who sells a DIY kit for like $25 with good screen material and instructions for a 110" screen. You only have to worry about getting the 2" x 2" posts or whatever size they are home rather than a big, huge board.

Dude, I simply painted my wall with the Behr Silverscreen. Then I painted trim black and nailed it to the wall. 125 inch wide screen.

I bought a parkland plastics sheet to use as a screen several years ago. Ordered it from parkland plastics directly and they shipped it. But I ended up not even using it and bought a silverstar screen instead.
