Ahh, it's threads like this that make me happy that I've been a good little poster during my stay here (for the most part) ;[/b]P

<< Too bad you are DEAD wrong Mr CRAPAQ >>

LOL, Paulson, watch out - I would be worried about the use of the term "dead".

Long night, huh? Shifts getting close to over. I'll behave the next few hours. ;)

What is this I hear about shifts? Don't you people realize that the moderator is omnipresent, omniscient and omnipotent, as well as indestructible? ;)

Be afraid. Be very afraid.

LOL, Appopin's Cosby MOD and NEF bit.
The way that MOD protested about not being Russ, I am thinking it is Red Dawn.
If you ask me, these MODS have one hell of a job trying to make all the hyper-active teenagers understand that they are responsible for their actions. (hope that comment gets me a silver member status).

No, but plenty more neffing will (use moderation - don't get caught watering threads or you may be threading water out side the Forum Ark).

EDIT:

<< Don't you realize the moderator is . . . omniscient . . . as well as indestructable? >>

But makes occasional grammatical errors. :Q

Hey apoppin.

LOL at your update to the Cosby thing.

Obviously everyone didn't have the background (read: age) to pick up on that.

Not to sound ungrateful, but how come no one was banned for that 3500+ post thread, yet for a measly little 1000 post thread 14 people got nuked?

---

Simply because I was not around at the time, and nobody else was picking up the slack.

The damn mods (j/k) got me too.

I got back on by agreeing to erect a statue of Anandtech Moderator in my front lawn...I had everything, I was beginning to chisel...

...then I realized that I didn't know what the mods looked like. So I went in and started playing CS.

Pretender, if I'm not mistaken, that 3000+ post thread is what brought on the new policy. I'd guess they let it slide once, and this second one showed what happens if you screw around.

Quite right reitz. After the first big one, Zuni posted in both OT and Issues to say "never again". The second time there had to be consequences.

Fortunately, the Moderators/Administrator simply allowed an apology to return after banning. next time (if there is one), I doubt they will be so merciful.

One Moderator did say there might have even been consequences for the first one if he was on duty.
